THE WCD POOL SESSIONS IS A SEPARATE AREA OF THE EVENT BIGCITYBEATS WORLD CLUB DOME.
YOU HAVE ACCESS TO ALL STAGES OF THE WCD POOL SESSIONS WHICH ARE LOCATED IN THE AREA STADIONBAD FRANKFURT.

the entrance to the wcd pool sessions is the entrance from the stadionbad frankfurt and can be reached via Mörfelder Landstrasse.
parking is paid on site and is only possible by the day.
locker (locker tickets) can be purchased separately online.

In the ticket store, you can enter your e-mail address with which you purchased the ticket under the "Help" button. You will then receive the link to your MyTicket portal again by e-mail. The sender address is from TicketPAY.

Yes, this is possible.
Re-personalization of a Ticketpay ticket can be done by the ticket purchaser in the MyTicketportal for a fee of 15€.
All tickets must be personalized.
Re-personalization of tickets is only possible online up to one week before the event. Afterwards this costs 30€ on site.

Once a ticket has been validated, further repersonalization is not possible.

Attention!
We do not support other selling platforms like Ticketswap, Viagogo, eBAY. If you have found a seller on one of these platforms, please ask that the ticket is sold through the resale store of our ticket provider TicketPAY.
The seller can send you a link to the ticket and you can buy it.
This will ensure that the ticket is not duplicated and validated by another person.
If your name is not on the ticket at the venue, you will not be admitted. We do not provide support for sales through platforms other than our ticket provider TicketPAY.

REQUEST FOR REPERSONALIZATION

No, this is not possible! You can resell your ticket via the Resale Shop. Via your MyTicketPortal you can use the button "Resale" to put your ticket up for sale online. Important: For second hand tickets we do not offer support and therefore do not guarantee admission! We do not support any other sales platform like Ticketswap, Viagogo or eBAY.

For second hand tickets from platforms other than TicketPAY, we cannot offer support or provide an admission guarantee. However, you can resell your ticket via the resale store. As soon as this is opened, you will find the link here. Resale is possible via your MyTicket portal until Wednesday before the event. If you do not sell your ticket before the event, you can either withdraw it from the resale or it will be made available to you again in the MyTicketPortal and you can use it yourself.

YES, WHEN YOU BUY A TICKET, YOU ALSO BUY AN RMV TICKET FOR PUBLIC TRANSPORT. YOU WILL FIND THE TICKET FOR THE PUBLIC TRANSPORT A FEW WEEKS BEFORE THE EVENT IN YOUR MYTICKETPORTAL. PERSONALIZE YOUR TICKET AND DOWNLOAD THE TICKET TO PRINT IT OUT AFTERWARDS. MORE INFOS ABOUT THE RMV AREA YOU CAN FIND HERE.

- EACH PERSON NEEDS A TICKET PERSONALIZED TO THEM. TICKETS WILL BE CHECKED, CLEARED AND VALIDATED WITH PERSONAL ID. once the ticket is validated, it is non-transferable.

PUBLIC PARKING IS AVAILABLE IN THE FOREST PARKING LOT AND THE PARKING LOT AT THE ISENBURGER SCHNEISE. THESE ARE SIGNPOSTED VIA THE TRAFFIC ROUTING AND ORDERLIES WILL DIRECT YOU TO THE PARKING SPACES. THESE PARKING SPACES CANNOT BE RESERVED IN ADVANCE. YOU HAVE TO PAY ON THE SPOT! SLEEPING IN A CAR IS NOT ALLOWED! CAMPERS ARE ALSO NOT ALLOWED.
cars must be removed at the end of the event. it is a day parking only. We recommend arriving by public transport.

BUS LINE 61 RUNS BETWEEN FRANKFURT AIRPORT AND FRANKFURT SÜDBAHNHOF WITH THE STOP "STADION/SCHWIMMBAD".

TRAM LINE 21 RUNS TO DEUTSCHE BANK PARK EVERY 10 MINUTES. THE JOURNEY TIME FROM FRANKFURT MAIN STATION TO DEUTSCHE BANK PARK IS ABOUT 15 TO 20 MINUTES. IN ADDITION, THERE ARE SPECIAL STREETCARS ON LINE 20 TO THE "STADION" STATION. THE WALK FROM THE STREETWAY STOP TO THE WCD POOL SESSIONS (STADIONBAD FRANKFURT) TAKES ABOUT 10 MINUTES.

IF YOU ARRIVE BY S-BEHN, THERE IS A SMALL WALKWAY TO THE LEFT OF THE STADION ENTRANCE "GLEISDREIECK" TO THE MAIN PATH E1. THE WCD POOL SESSIONS ENTRANCE IS ALSO LOCATED THERE.
BE SURE TO GET IN THE RIGHT LINE.

THE OPENING HOURS OF THE PARKING PLACES ARE HERE ONE PAIR WEEKS BEFORE THE EVENT. THE PARKING FEE IS PAID IN CASH ON THE SITE. dParking is only possible on a daily basis.

YOU PICK UP YOUR WRISTBAND ONCE ON THE FIRST DAY OF VALIDITY. It may not be withdrawn until the last day of the event.

AT THE WCD POOL SESSIONS YOU WILL GO DIRECTLY TO THE ENTRANCE OF THE STADIUM POOL. GET YOUR WRISTBAND AT THE LOCK HERE.

YES, THERE IS.
SINCE IT IS A DAY EVENT, THE STAY IS ALLOWED FROM 16 YEARS.

SMALL BACKPACKS, HANDBAGS AND GYM BAGS ARE ALLOWED. HOWEVER, THESE MAY NOT BE LARGER THAN A4. TRAVEL BAGS, SUITCASES OR LARGER BACKPACKS ARE NOT ALLOWED FOR SAFETY REASONS. BATH TOWELS ARE ALSO ALLOWED FOR THE WCD POOL SESSIONS. PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT YOUR LUGGAGE IS NOT TOO BIG.

Admission to the event is possible with a valid ticket and intact wristband.
For the admission itself a valid barcode on the ticket is important, which will be scanned on site and transferred to the wristband.

Please go with your ticket (print@home) first to the ticket swap/ribbon exchange of the WCD POOL SESSIONS. Please have your ID card and your ticket ready.
Afterwards you will receive your wristband for the entrance. The bag check will take place in the airlock. Please have your identity card ready. It is best to download YOUR ticket to your cell phone.

Important: unsealed or damaged wristbands lose their validity! Wristbands cannot be transferred to a second person. An age check will be carried out at the entrance, please have a valid identity card or passport ready (no student IDs, insurance cards, etc.). Due to security regulations and personal checks, there may be extended waiting times. There is no re-admission. The admission with the wristband is valid once per event day. That means you can get access to the area once per day.

WE HAVE NOTHING AGAINST A SMALL CAMERA. THIS ALSO INCLUDES ACTION CAMS (E.G. GOPRO). PROFESSIONAL CAMERAS AND DEVICES DESIGNED TO RECORD SOUND AND IMAGES ARE NOT ALLOWED. IT IS GENERALLY FORBIDDEN TO MAKE RECORDINGS OF ANY KIND. WE ASK YOU TO RESPECT AND ACCEPT THE WISHES AND RIGHTS OF OUR ARTISTS. THE DECISION AS TO WHETHER PROFESSIONAL EQUIPMENT IS INVOLVED IS AT THE DISCRETION OF THE SECURITY AT THE ENTRANCE. CERTAINLY, VERY FEW OF OUR SECURITY GUARDS ARE TRAINED PHOTO EXPERTS, SO WE ASK THAT YOU REFRAIN FROM DISCUSSIONS.

IN EXCEPTIONAL CASES (E.G. DIABETES), FOOD OR DRINKS MAY BE TAKEN ON BOARD IF A CERTIFICATE IS PRESENTED.

IF YOU ARE UNSURE ABOUT AN ITEM, DO NOT BRING IT TO THE EVENT TO BE ON THE SAFE SIDE.
SHOULD THE BODY CHECK STAFF TAKE AWAY AN ITEM AT THE ENTRANCE, WE CANNOT GUARANTEE THAT YOU WILL GET IT BACK.

- CONTAINERS WITH LIQUIDS (E.G. NAIL POLISH REMOVER, BODY LOTION, PERFUME) IN UNUSUAL QUANTITIES / MECHANICALLY OPERATED NOISE INSTRUMENTS SUCH AS MEGAPHONES, GAS PRESSURE FANFARES / DRUMS
- PROMOTIONAL AND COMMERCIAL OBJECTS AND MATERIALS OF ANY KIND ARE NOT PERMITTED.

COMMERCIAL LIGHTERS ARE ALLOWED.

NO. RE-ENTRY IS NOT POSSIBLE. THE ONLY EXCEPTION ARE OUR CAMPING GUESTS. THEY ARE ALLOWED TO GO TO THE CAMPING SITE AND BACK TO THE FESTIVAL AREA. ALL OTHER VISITORS WILL BE ALLOWED TO ENTER THE FESTIVAL AREA ONCE PER DAY (DEPENDING ON THE TICKET 3 DAYS, 2 DAYS, 1 DAY). A FURTHER ADMISSION ON THIS DAY IS NOT POSSIBLE.

There is a main entrance at the WCD Pool Sessions via the entrance "Stadionbad Frankfurt".
If you arrive by S-BAhn, you can walk in the direction of the WCD entrance "Gleisdreieck" via a forest path to the left of the entrance to the WCD Pool Sessions.

Get in line for the entrance to the WCD Pool Sessions and have your ticket and ID ready. Here you will get your wristband for the entrance. The wristband is non-transferable. We have an INFO Point at the WCD Pool Sessions area. It is located at the merchandise stand of the WCD Pool Sessions next to the changing rooms.
To get an overview of the area before you arrive, you can download the BigCityBeats App in the App Store or IM Google Play Store. Here you can find the interactive map of the entire area a few days before the event.

Here you can also find the timetable with the respective times and days on which your favorite DJs are playing.

Before you can buy anything on the premises, you must play credit on your chip. You can either do this online via the event portal before arrival or on site at the designated TOP UP stations. You can find more information about cashless payment here: www.worldclubdome.com/eventportal

YES, THERE ARE LOCKERS ON THE PREMISES. YOU CAN BUY THEM AS ADDITIONAL ITEMS IN THE WCD POOL SESSIONS TICKET STORE.

YOU CAN GET YOUR KEY AT THE MERCHANDISE STAND OF THE WCD POOL SESSIONS. FOR A LOCKER AT THE WCD POOL SESSIONS YOU HAVE TO PAY A DEPOSIT OF 30 EUR. THIS DEPOSIT WILL BE REFUNDED WHEN YOU RETURN THE KEY. IF YOU LOSE YOUR KEY, IT COSTS 50 EUR TO OPEN THE LOCKBOX.

Yes, we have a deposit on our drinks again this year. The deposit is 2 EUR per drink. The deposit is automatically deducted from your chip when you buy. You can return a maximum of 5 cups at once without buying a drink yourself. After that it is only possible to return the deposit if it was debited from your chip together with a drink.
