Zur Table-Buchung benötigst du ein VIP-Ticket, um den Zugang zur Best View Plattform zu erhalten.
Unsere Logenpreise entstehen abhängig von der Anzahl der Logengäste - Du bezahlst also nicht die Loge als Ganzes, sondern einzelne Logentickets für dich und deine Gäste. Zusätzlich zu den im Preis enthaltenen Softdrinks und Bier kannst du dir im weiteren Prozess weitere Getränkeoptionen zubuchen.
Alle Tickets sind personalisierungspflichtig – jede Person, die das Festival besucht, muss namentlich auf dem Ticket erfasst sein.
So geht’s:
- Nach dem Kauf erhältst Du eine Bestätigungs-E-Mail mit dem Link zum Ticketportal.
- Klicke auf „Personalisieren“. Hier fragen wir Daten wie Name, Nachname, Geb. Datum, PLZ und Adresse ab.
- Wähle ein Ticket aus und klicke auf „Ticket für mich beanspruchen“.
- Deine Daten sind ggf. vorausgefüllt – prüfe sie und passe sie bei Bedarf an.
- Nach Bestätigung erhältst Du Dein personalisiertes Ticket zum Download.
Für Freund:innen:
- Gib im Portal deren E-Mail-Adresse ein.
- Deine Freund:innen erhalten eine E-Mail und können das Ticket selbst beanspruchen.
- Nach Personalisierung erhalten sie ihr Ticket direkt per Mail.
- Nicht beanspruchte Tickets gehen automatisch an Dich zurück.
Alle Tickets müssen bis spätestens vor Antritt der Veranstaltung personalisiert sein.
